Data Request Terms:
Blue Earth County Taxpayer Services may provide property information to the public "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, regardless of its format or the means of its transmission. There is no guarantee or representation to the user as to the accuracy, currency, suitability, or reliability of this data for any purpose. The cadastral tax maps are compiled for assessment and tax information purposes from official county records. All map information is for the forgoing purpose and does not represent a survey of the land. Mapping by aerial methods. In no event will Blue Earth County or any of its employees be liable to anyone for damages arising from the use of the property data. The user of this data assumes responsibility for the installation and use of the results obtained from the property data.
Blue Earth County may not be able to meet all requirements of data requests. The requestor may be responsible for costs associated with the request, which must be paid prior to receiving the data. Use of the requested data may be restricted by a license agreement required by Blue Earth County. The data will not be provided in any alternative formats than those maintained by the county and it is the sole responsibility of the requestor to manipulate and utilize that file. Blue Earth County does not provide user support of those files.
