2. Committee Description
   The Blue Earth County Recycling and Education Committee meets on the first Monday of each month at the Environmental Services Office located on third floor of the Government Center at 410 S. 5th Street in Mankato. All applicants must be residents of Blue Earth County and have an interest in recycling and the environment. In addition to committee meetings, volunteers help plan and take part in educational activities/events throughout the year.
