Can I file for homestead on more than one property?
In addition to your own homestead, you may be able to obtain a homestead for any property you own in which a qualifying relative lives as his or her primary place of residence. There are other instances in which you may qualify if the two residences are work-related. Contact the assessor's office at (507) 304-4251 or by email for further details.
