No. A County Solid Waste Hauler license is not required when hauling C&D waste to a C&D landfill. However, if you collect C&D waste and bring it to the Ponderosa, you may need a hauler license, because the Ponderosa is an MSW landfill.
The Ponderosa Landfill accepts asbestos containing material (ACM), both friable and non-friable. ACM must be properly handled, packaged and tracked prior to disposal. Contact the Ponderosa Landfill prior to bringing any ACM to the Ponderosa.
Contact Property & Environmental Resources 507-304-4251 prior to demolishing your structure. You will need to do a pre-demolition checklist inspection prior to demoing your structure.
