What if I disagree with the services or decisions of the case manager?
Most decisions made by the County are guided by policy, procedure, and statute. If you feel the County made an error in its decision-making, you might be able to appeal those decisions. Contact your case manager or supervisor to determine if the decisions are appealable and to request the appeal form/format.
