[ARCHIVED] 2016 Second Half Agricultural & Manufactured Home Taxes Due in Blue Earth County

Property owners with land classified as agricultural and manufactured home owners are reminded they have until Tues., Nov. 15, 2016 to pay their second half taxes.

The Taxpayer Services office is located in the Historic Courthouse, 204 S. Fifth Street, Mankato. Payments can be made online at www.blueearthcountymn.gov or by mail to Blue Earth County Taxpayers Services, PO Box 3567, Mankato, MN 56002-3567. There will be penalty if full payment is not received on or before the due date, or for mailed payments that are postmarked after the due date. Those making payments online should note that there is a fee of $1.49 for e-checks and a 2.49% transaction fee applied to credit card transactions.

Taxpayers can use any of the following drop sites to make payments; Cub Foods 1800 Madison Avenue, Mankato, Hy-Vee Downtown, 410 Riverfront Drive Mankato, or outside of the Historic Courthouse (on the Fourth Street side of the building).

Payments may also be made at the following banks in Blue Earth County; Community Bank in Vernon Center, MinnStar Bank in Lake Crystal and St. Clair State Bank in St. Clair. If taxes are paid at any of the bank locations, payments must be made during operating hours for that specific bank.
