The Blue Earth County Library System invites patrons to start summer fine free by returning materials June 4-8, 2016 to any of the library locations in Mankato, Mapleton and Lake Crystal. Adults will be able to have late fees waived by bringing a donation of non-perishable items for the Echo Food Shelf.
