The Blue Earth County Community Farm will host a public open house on Wed., Sept. 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Weagel Park located off the Red Jacket Trail near Mount Kato at the intersection of Highway 66 and Indian Lake Road. The come and go event will highlight progress of the farm’s third growing season through tours, informational displays and an opportunity for the public to sample fresh produce grown at the farm to benefit local hunger assistance programs.
