The Blue Earth County Library in Mankato will host a Spring Teddy Bear Clinic on Thursday, April 10 at 10:30 a.m. in the Lovelace Children’s Wing. Children and their families are invited to bring teddy bears for free clinic “check-ups”.
In addition to teddy bear check-ups, there will be a number of health stations set-up for preschoolers with activities such as; germ light demonstrations, special stories, healthy snacks and more. Pediatric and Adolescent Dentistry will also have a station for “teddy bear” teeth brushing.
The event is scheduled in conjunction with National Public Health Week and Blue Earth County Public Health staff will be on hand with a number of resources and information for families to take home. For more information visit www.beclibrary.org.
