Traditional Probation

Traditional probation for adults includes supervision / investigation for persons 18 years and older who are found guilty of any traffic or criminal offense. For more information contact a member of the Community Corrections Traditional Probation - Adult staff.

Juvenile Probation / Parole Services

Traditional probation for juveniles includes investigation / supervision of minors committing offenses prior to 18 years of age. For more information contact a member of the Community Corrections Traditional Probation - Juvenile staff.

Enhanced Supervision of Sex Offenders

Enhanced supervision of sex offenders includes supervision and monitoring throughout treatment and post-treatment. For more information contact Liz Stier or Paul Ahearn
 

Pretrial Supervision

The Pretrial Supervision Program (PSP) is intended to maintain public safety while allowing non-violent detained persons to be released from jail pending pretrial Court hearings. They will receive community-based supervision and have early access to resources as desired. Public safety and Court appearance are the primary goals of the program, with jail population reduction an ancillary benefit.  For more information contact John Marsolek

They will receive community-based supervision and have early access to resources as desired. Supervised Community Service Programs

Blue Earth County supervised community service programs consist of one adult program. The crew works for county, state, city and non-profit organizations throughout the Blue Earth County area. Jobs completed in the past include yard work, painting, shoveling, house renovations, handicap ramps, and many other service-oriented duties. For more information contact Eric Olson.
