Public Comment Opportunity on MN’s Child Support Program
Minnesota's Child Support Task Force wants public comments from people who have experience with Minnesota's child support program.
The task force would like to hear about your experiences, challenges, successes and suggestions for improving Minnesota’s child support guidelines. The public comments will provide an opportunity to share input on experiences with the program and suggestions for improvements. Comments at the meetings are limited to five minutes per person to allow enough time for everyone to share their thoughts.
The task force has scheduled four meetings around the state this fall as it gathers information on how to improve Minnesota's child support guidelines. There will be a meeting at South Central College in North Mankato on October 25th from 4:00-6:00 PM.
The Child Support Division created a PDF with the public comment meeting information.
Additionally, the Child Support Division has created an online questionnaire for those people who cannot attend the meetings in person but who still want to share their comments.
